ULTIMATE UNIVERSAL BASE BINDER

150 Advantage+ Ultimate Universal Basecoat Binder™ has been formulated as comparable offerings for the most common major manufacturer's products. Since these are similar products, they are intended for use in a comparable manner as the color formula indicates.  150 Advantage+ Ultimate Universal Basecoat Binder™ has been developed to provide similar physical properties of their competitors including viscosity, solids, weight per gallon, and basecoat compatibility.

Binder refers to substances that hold the particles of pigment together in paint. All paints include a binder of some sort because this is what keeps the pigment in place after the paint dries

Paint binders are used to firmly attach the pigment to the surface and into a continuous film. The type and quantity of binder used in the paint impacts performance factors, such as durability, stain resistance, adhesion, and resistance to cracking

Designed as direct replacement products for major paint manufacturer products. These products are used identically as their counterparts in ration equivalency and application.

Basecoat Binders MUST be sealed after each use to prevent moisture and contaminants from entering.

• To avoid applying kicked out basecoat, it is always good shop practice to spray a test panel and/or examine the inside of the gun cup for irregularities in the “smoothness” of the basecoat color.

• Always turn on your intermix machine for agitation first thing in the morning to ensure toners and 150 Advantage+ Ultimate Universal Basecoat Binder™ are sufficiently agitated which will help to avoid color mismatch issues
